We are currently interviewing for the positions of:
 
Community Sales Manager —
The Community Sales Manager (CSM) is responsible for the sale of condominiums or townhomes in their assigned community, and the associated prospecting and prospect management activities required to meet the community’s sales proforma. Must have a current Washington State real estate license; certified new home sales professionals preferred. Must have experience selling new home, condominium or townhome communities. Our CSMs are always friendly, professional, outgoing, good negotiators, and have good organizational and computer skills. The community's presentation center is the CSM's "store," and needs to be run with the pride of a shopkeeper running his or her own retail store. Positions may range geographically from Tacoma to Mukilteo, and are contract positions of varying length.
 
Community Sales Assistant —
The Community Sales Assistant (CSA) is the first person our potential customers will come in contact with.  It's critical that prospects have the absolute best impression possible, and our CSAs make it happen. Our CSA's don't need to be licensed Realtors, but a license may help you quickly advance to the position of Community Sales Manager. The CSA needs to be responsible, professional, outgoing, and have a can-do, make-it-happen attitude and good organizational and computer skills. Positions may range geographically from Tacoma to Mukilteo, and are full-time positions of varying length. Great benefits package.
